Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely! Let’s get on a phone call and make sure that all of your questions are answered and that we are the right fit for you BEFORE you come in and get started!

  • Absolutely! We help almost anyone who wants to move better and feel better. Whether that is reducing chronic pain or rehabbing acute injuries. Pain is pain….no matter how active of a person you are!

  • The first session will be a thorough Movement Assessment where we will go over your current area of pain. What injuries or pains you may have had in the past. And then have you move through a series of movements and positions to see where you are deficient in strength and mobility. Sessions after this will be a combination of mobility and strengthening exercise as well as possible targeted soft tissue work if necessary.

  • No, I do not accept ANY insurance. HOWEVER, if you have access to an HSA or FSA it is very likely to use that.

Though I understand that you have insurance that you would like to use, the truth is, it is very likely that you will end up spending MORE using your insurance. Once you pay your copay for your Dr visit to get the referral for traditional Physical Therapy plus possible imaging there. Then pay a copay for each therapy visit 3x a week for 6 weeks. This is ALL before meeting you deductible. So in the end you may actually be spending less. In addition you will also missing less time at work due to only having 1 session per week at most and then moving to every other week. Thus saving you time as well, which is even MORE important!

  • There is a chance that you will feel some discomfort the day following your session. This could be due to muscle soreness from using muscles you haven’t in a while. Or this could be that we have made some adjustments to your movement patterns and now your body needs to assimilate that, causing some unusual sensations to your body.

  • That is hard to say particularly without seeing you first. That’s kind of like calling your mechanic and saying your car is making a noise, how much will it cost to fix it? Your mechanic needs to see and hear what is going on with your car in order to figure out what needs to be fixed. Same is true for you!

  • It is my hope that you feel a difference your first day, but I cannot gauarntee this. Commonly people start to feel a difference within the first 2 weeks! Able to sleep better, move better throughout the day.
