Hi, I’m Beth!

I am the founder of Beth Drayer Movement.

After spending over 13 years in the Division 1 college setting as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) working with their athletes and being part of their healthcare team, I realized there was a gap in our system. The general public really didn’t have direct access to someone like me who is trained in injury assessment and rehabilitation. If you felt pain you had to go to the doctor to get a referral to either a specialist in that body part, or to physical therapy. No one has time for 2-3 appointments before you get help for the injury/pain you are having. Here at Beth Drayer Movement you will start making changes and feel the difference on Day 1!
Seeing the hope in someone’s eyes when they feel a reduction in pain after living in it for years is the best! Getting old doesn’t have to be painful! Put me on YOUR team!
