Rocking Part 3

Got some feedback about the last rocking post. Many of you thought it shouldn't have been as hard as it was for you. This is a pretty typical response. (Click here to see the last rolling video)

Unfortunately the less we move the harder some of the simplest movements become (that one is actually a fairly complex movement) This is a basic principle, Use it or Lose it.

Here is another rolling movement to try. It really makes you keep your body as one unit.
