End 2024 Strong: Real Stories of Transformation

Can you believe there are only 35 days left in 2024? What if I told you that’s more than enough time to transform your health, tackle a goal, or finally address that nagging pain?

If you are on my email list you may have read about Vicky. (If you are not, click HERE to get on it!) She has made tremendous results in a very short period of time….especially considering she had been in physical therapy for months and with no progress. In the short time we have spent together she has been able to go from walking around on her toes on her Left foot because she couldn’t straighten her left knee enough to get her heel to the ground. After 4 weekly sessions she has consistently been able to keep her heel down, is basically pain free in her Left knee and her Sciatic symptoms in her Right leg are gone as well! She will get occasional tightness but now has the tools to work on that and get back to her daily activities.

She also has made great progress with her diet. She is a Type II diabetic and with some of the modifications we made to her eating habits her morning blood sugar numbers have improved in just 4 short weeks as well!

I wish I had taken before and after pictures or video with Vicky because her progress has been so remarkable. It’s too late for that now, but her results speak for themselves.

Then there is Gayle. She came in to see me with a host of things to work on! One of them specifically was an ankle joint that she was told was fusing itself. She was told that her range of motion in her ankle would continue to decrease as her discomfort may increase. Due to this she was having trouble with her achilles.

She was about to leave to go out of town for a few weeks when she came in to see me. We developed a tailored plan of severral stretches and exercises to work on while she was gone. 

Upon return she went to see her practitioner who was astounded at the INCREASE in range of motion she had gained since she had last seen her. This again was after a month of doing her homework.

It is so easy to throw away the rest of 2024 and say “i’ll get to it next year” and I understand the challenges of the holidays and such….but even if you use 20 of those 36 days (that includes a 2 week break!) you can still make great progress on whatever it is you need to work on. Whether that be a new project, a new workout, a new diet, or working on that nagging pain in your hip, every small step counts!

I see people everyday make investments in themselves and continue on their journey for a life filled with movement freedom! They start to feel better and move better than they did 10 years ago!
